By accessing or using RelayAI, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
RelayAI provides AI-powered business communications: automated call answering, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, call recording and transcription, and related services.
Accurate registration info required. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials and all activities under your account.
Monthly or annual subscriptions. Fees non-refundable except as required by law. 30 days notice for pricing changes. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
You agree not to: use for illegal purposes, abuse or disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer, resell without authorization, or make harassing or fraudulent calls.
RelayAI and its features are owned by RelayAI, Inc.. You retain ownership of data you upload.
We may suspend or terminate for violations. You may cancel anytime via account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Service provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RelayAI, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability limited to the amount paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RelayAI, Inc. from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use or violation of these terms.
Governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
